THis would depend on what you had to offer ,if they couldnt live with out you then id go for at least a 40% cut in the profits ,but if you are learning and not fully trainned ,then you may have to just take what the firm offers,,,hard one hun ,well done , |

As for benefits package...I was offered residence, living expenses, and a driver in addition to my salary...I still turned it down...didn't like the people in the country.

I went to an interview like this today and I was offered the job. I asked them "do you have any plans to expand further into the european/american market and how do you think would this affect my role", I also asked "do you have any new products you would like to see on the market", "what are the salary/commission arrangements", "how much annual leave do I get", it is really about showing interest, I would first ask more questions about the company that they haven't already answered and then my personal questions like salary etc. Last but not least I asked them "Do you have any concerns about my background" and made sure that they didn't have to. |
