Send an e-mail to the seller. If they ignore you, report them to ebay. |

file a complaint with paypal. If the seller does not respond and make it right, you can escalate for a claim for your money back. Additional info may be requested at this point. However, I would give the item two weeks to arrive. I am unsure if it is a rule through paypal or not. Plus, mail may be slow. Monday was a holiday if your in the US so that in itself would delay it a day. Good Luck |

You have to have continuing correspondence with the seller. Ask for the tracking number of the package. Even if the item was lost or not sent, it will take some time before you can file for a dispute. You can go into HELP at eBay .com. The process is explained there. A week is not long to wait. you have to give it much more time. Good luck. |

I ordered two items from eBay. Both are from the US. One item was sent through regular US Postal Service; the other was sent through priority US Postal Service. I received the Regular one in five days. The Priority one took two and half weeks.
You just have to be patient. Our parcel services are far from perfect. Wait a few more days. If you still do not receive it, write the seller and see what happen. If the Seller has a good track records, you should not have too much to worry about. |

Pull the seller's contact information. Often times, just the message they get from Ebay spurs them into action.
I believe there's a time limit as to when you can file a non-performing seller's complaint with Ebay. Go ahead and file one if it's not too late. It can be reversed once the seller proves he's shipped your item.
Next, if you paid through Paypal, you're protected to a point. If you file a complaint, the seller will have to prove he shipped with a viable tracking source or your money will be refunded. Again, there's a time limit, so check into it asap.
If you paid by credit card, call your issuer and ask for a reversal.
If paid by a postal money order, file a mail order fraud claim and have a stop payment put on the money order. The post office, being a federal entity will pursue the matter further on your behalf. |

Send a message to the seller to make sure they received the payment and ask them when they sent the item so you know when it should be arriving. If the item isnt too expensive the seller may be kind enough to send a replacement. If you have trouble sorting things out with the seller report them to ebay. I've found most people to be quite reasonable and helpful on ebay. Good Luck. |

Make sure there wasn't any specific time period that the seller specified for shipping i.e. "ships in 7 days" or something like that. You also have to take into consideration that monday was a holiday and the person may not have been able to send it until tuesday, AND you also need to allow the proper shipping time. I wouldn't worry until about another week or so. |
