well if your boss is not aware of his laziness you should bring that to your employers attention but make sure you put your self at risk of looking bad to him/her by continually nagging them if you know what i meen.

Tell your boss to get a Facebook page and add this guy as his friend. Then your boss can see whenever he's logged in to facebook and will know just how much time he spends there.
