Usually with the normal post (and that can be whatever time they feel like!). Recorded delivery is not guaranteed for next day delivery, it only gives signature on delivery. Special delivery is guaranteed next day.

It depends on what time your post is delivered in your area. Recorded delivery packages get delivered with the normal mail. Special delivery packages could have different delivery times.

Along with all the other post - where I live we get one delivery a day (if we are lucky) any time between 10 am and 4.30 pm.
