I filed a report against a front desk manager at the hotel that I was staying at long term. This manager & his asst. would laugh & act like boys in jr. h.s. when I was around them. And this is at a Marriott! His boss completely disregarded everything I said; as if it was all a fabrication. I had no proof and no witnesses but to treat a guest that way? How to deal? |

Well, without witnesses it is your word against theirs. I can tell you I have never had a good experience in a Marriott and would recommend not going there anymore and writing their corporate office and letting them know about the situation and your decision to go elsewhere. I bet you will get a reply then. |

You will have to go thru corporate. HR is really good usually in dealing with such issues and they should be able to help even if you don't have a witness. They most likely will take your statement ant those involved and will keep it really confidential. |

Either catch it on video, or let it go. If the manager doesn't believe you, he may not care even if it's true.
I used to make a big deal about things like this, and I found I was better off letting it go. I was (am) a control freak, and I found it was better for me if I just let people be people, good or bad. Not that you can't ever do anything about it, but you gave it a shot, you may need to let it go. |
