What to do when you get the run around from Walmart?
Previous question about Walmart was answered go to store manager, district manager, etc. I did all those things and was told " How do we know you bought them at Walmart"? My answer, "Well Walmart is stamped on the the box under the manufactors name". They told me to try the manufactor for a product warranty. Okay so I went online and tryed to look up Herman Survivors. Answer.... In 2001 Walmart bought that company and moved prouction to China. Where do you go after that?
I would take all you research to the district manager and tell them that they need to do something about it. If they do not take responsiblity. Tell them you're going to write an article in the local newspaper about them not standing behind their products. Also turning them into the Better Business Bureau.

Go to a different Wal-Mart and speak to another manager. Sometimes people don't want to deal with stuff and you have to move to another person.
