What to expect at Starbucks Interview?!!?
I just got finished attaching my resume to my finished Starbucks application. I have an interview sometime soon, and the reason I got the job opportunity in the first place is through my stepfather. He put in a good word for me because he happens to know a manager at one of the locations. However, I still need to be interviewed even though there is a very strong possiblity I will get the job anyway. What type of questions should I expect? Someone told me that I might be asked to sample some coffee and describe the taste? Starbucks is a little different, so what type of specific questions should I expect? Any examples for answers would also be appreciated. Managers or former or current Starbucks employees would be very helpful. Please don't waste my time if you don't know what you're talking about i.e "eat lots of mints and dress nice." I know the basics. Thanks!!!

Catracha Hermosa.
I have never work in Starbucks however I notice their employees are very nice and polite. Just be professional and pray to God for guidance.

Peace be with you.

Do not go in with any "prepared" answers. The interviewer gets those form everyone else. Speak straight from your heart. I own a business. That is who i want to hire. Someone who is honest and honorable and will show up on time. Look her in the eyes while you are speaking. Hold your head high. You will get the job..

You may expect questions regarding "team" mentality. For instance, do you work better alone or with a group; or they may ask of your former or present team-related experiences. Also, they may discuss a difficult situation, regarding for instance a customer conflict, and ask, what would you do in this situation? or words to that effect. SO you may want to think about those things. They may also ask you questions regarding your position on theft or dishonesty; for instance, if one of the employees stole one dollar, would that be ok? Stuff like that. Good luck!
