The stupid hip-hop and trendy ads, the crappy food, the obsession with catering to urban yuppies, and the irrational fear of any group that criticizes their food. Every time someone barks at them, they give in. They stopped using beef oil to fry the fries because of Indian vegetarians, they stopped supersizing because of that movie "Supersize Me", and they have changed a few other things for totally stupid reasons.
Is the corporation in a total, irreversible decline? What a shame. McDonald's forgot what it was, a junk food restaurant. Now it's trying to be all things for everyone, and falling shamelessly on its face. |

UGH! i KNOW! everything is so...boring...and healthy.
Nothing is deep fried anymore like it used to be, they try to sell us things with low carbs and no sweets..can you believe they discontinued the SHAKES?! and some of the best sandwiches..it sucks. I hardly eat at micky d's anymore, what for? |

Yeah, I can understand what you are saying. They have really cut back on their service because obesity rates were sky-rocketing because of the amount of calories in 1 hamburger. So I guess instead of losing money, they decided to give in and accept it. I no longer eat there as much as I used to myself. I cant take the service, and I sure cant really stomach the food. |

There is nothing wrong with McDonalds. You assumption of the company forgetting that they are a junk food supplier, is not correct. Ray Krock, the founder, said that McDonalds is not in the food business. They are in the Real Estate business! This is what they do best. Always have and always will. If yur commenting on the decline of the quality of the hamburgers, and fries, I would have to agree. The taste has definitely degraded. |
