As an employer I want my employees to be honest with me. So be honest.
and tell the manager want to resign. and say that I will work until you find someone to take over. if they ask you why? just say it

thank them for the time, but you have been presented with other opportunity's, which you can't turn down. give them the date you will be leaving.

Just say bye. I have learned that you owe your employer nothing but good work when you are employed, if it isn't working or you have a better offer you need to just move on and don't look back. It might be nice to offer two weeks notice but if you don't have a contract you don't even need to do that, they might not want you to work another two weeks anyway. Good luck in your new situation.
