If it ever happened, someone would come in to take its place. But even if they got to that point, someone woul buy it and remake it back to how it was when it was more successful. Same thing that happened to KMart, Sears, etc.

If you mean bankrupt, don't see that happening. The company just keeps growing and expanding. Part of that expansion is opening their own bank. If you mean if they go that route, then who knows. They will create a lot of pressure on the bank industry. I don't see it as being very good in a lot of ways. I could see them suckering in a bunch of low income families with high priced loans.
