Oh boy! I guess I would pay off all our bills first. That would bring me down to about $205K. Then I would use about 100K toward a home, so we can stop renting and have good rooms for the boys. I would go back to school online to get my N.D. Ok, so now I have about 93K left. I would open up a naturopathic clinic and I would give free workshops and classes to the public, educating them on healthy lifestyles in order to give back to the community. |

Not sure. Probably build a house on my land that I already have and donate some of it. Put some away for my childrens college and live a happy life. |

Pay all my debts, then buy myself a harley davidson motorcycle take about 5,000.00 and travel a bit??? The rest of the money I would invest in petrolium products and live off the interest!!!! Until you figure it out in a wise manor put all of it into a short-term investment. If you don't own a home now is the time to buy and pay cash depending on your area you may have some money left and put that money into an account money market etc and let that money make money for you. |

honestly? here u go. i'd give 20k to charity, and pay a few bills, not buy anything crazy like boat, or car, just anything thats a necessity. and bank the rest. of course give a little to the parents or kids (in a roth or other safe bank account!)
but these other ppl that want to buy houses with it, i refuse. i do buy and sell houses but i'd never spend that kind of money to make my deals. i'd leverage it like crazy. thanks for the 2 points! |
