Im going on a really important interview and I've found that thats always a question asked and I'm usually stomped on how to answer that.

Tell them traits that you have that would be benificial to their company. Also tell them what you like to do in your spare time as well as your family life. I have been to 3 interviews and told them all of the above, and all 3 times I got the job on the spot. |

Do it and be honest. Tell him about your family life, what's important to you. Anything you're proud to tell. |

Depends on your profession. You could say you are people oriented, like to interact with people, etc. Or You are very thorough in what you do, always like to see the job completed in perfect or near perfect manner (which could be your weak point, too since you tend spend too much time on one project). You could also say you are very easy to talk to and don't intimidate people (which is good if you are in a position of training people). You could also say what aspects of job you do well. I think it helps to point out something that is negative just to show that you are aware of your weakness. |
