They don't charge late fees anymore. but if you hold on to the video for over a week, then they charge you the price of the movie and you own it.

They dont charge for late fees anymore. If it goes past a certain amount of time being late (like 10 days) it will charge you for the cost of the movie. You will not be billed for the 2 days.

You have a 7 day leeway period from after you are supposed to return it.
Example: If you get a 2 Day rental, you actually have 9 days to return it. After the two days they charge your account for the DVD price but deduct it if you return it within 7 days after with no extra fee. If you return it after the 7 days then there is a small restocking fee but you are not charged for the full price of the DVD.
