Where's the best place to go to complain if you've been ripped off by a big corporation?
I cancelled an order I placed for a Mitsibushi car within 12 hrs of filling out an application (it was not even completed fully) and Mitsibushi told me to stuff it. Now I'm out my $500 deposit!! I've contacted the dealershio, the owner and head office and they all just ignore me. This was back in early Dec 2006. To top it off, I am on a disability. How low can you go?

Yes, you have good answers here already. Attorney General's office in the vicinity of the dealership. Also, your local television news station can help, as already mentioned as well. Those could be perhaps the most effective ways to get results. To simply voice your complaint so others know about it and can learn, the BBB can be a good choice. In addition, don't forget the newest of the new... Blahoo! at www.Blahoo.com - it's going to be the fastest growing place to vent complaints about anything and everything - I joined as one of the first there and will stay posted with them. ALL of the above should be considered and should almost guarantee that some good comes out of your efforts. Good luck to you!

You could try to contact the Better Business Bureau.

some local TV networks handle coplaints just like yours. they like it because it's good for ratings and has the appearance of them looking out for the little guy, (which is probably the case).

if you know of such a feature on your local news, you may contact them and see if they are interested.

i would suggest a big attorney for a big corp, but im sure their position is legally correct or they wouldnt pull shenanigans in the first place.

BUT the tv idea may work because any bizz hates bad pub! gl with it! jk.

Your state's Attorney General. The BBB is supported by dues from the member companies and they just try to make you believe someone is helping.
