www.companieshouse.gov.uk. You should be able to download info ont he company from there. you may have to pay for it though. Use the free service first to establish that they are there.

They are a private company. Not sure whether they produce annual reports. They do have to file their accounst with Companies House - perhaps their website can help. Otherwise there may be a link to their corporate site on www.virgin.com. The other thing would be to call their press office and ask for a copy or how to go about getting one.

Steven is right - one of Branson's masterstrokes was to place all of Virgin companies off shore. At the point where his empire was about to come crashing down some years ago and he sold 49% of Virgin Atlantic to Singapore Airlines noone could work out why. If I remember the FT spent some weeks researching it and then only completed 60% of the true picture of the Virgin Empire... So I'd seach FT.com, but you'll probably have to subscribe.
