Where does YOUR address go on a letter (not the one on the envelop)?
i mean the return address on the letter is it on the top left corner on on the bottom, or on the right top corner.

WHERE???

nickipettis
top right in a friendly letter.

some old forms for business to business letters
had your businesses address in the top LEFT, but i haven't seen that used in years.

many people now put their own address under their signature, with their email address. It isn't THE way to do it, but it seems to be growing in popularity.

annie
The person writing the letter puts his address at the top right hand corner.
Below this on the left hand side is the name and address of the person that you are writing to (if it is a business letter)

This applies to the UK. I'm not sure what 'rules' are applied elsewhere.

Hope this helps!

It would normally go on the top right hand corner of your letter, with the recipient's address at the left.
I can't say I've never heard of it being placed on the bottom of the letter.
Remember that it's only your address that goes there though, not your name. This is only placed at the bottom of the letter when you sign it.
