This is a company that I had never heard of and is reported as an idenity theft organization. I have also learned there may be a connection to my shopping at home Depot and Senergy Design Solutions obtaining my infoprmation.
If you are also a victim please post as I am looking to sue Home Depot for mine and others info getting out in this manner |

I haven't shopped at Home Depot or Walmart or any place like that with my card, nor have I used it on-line, either. I use it very sparingly. The last few times I used it were to prepay my 20% owed to my eye surgeon, and before that, the A/C repair company, which I have used before. (Besides, I have a Home Depot card, and when I shop there, I use that, not my VISA.)
I got hit for $11.89, too.
Their phone number 570-647-4165 says they are a "web design" company, but it's just an answering machine.
I googled "Synergy Design Solutions" and found lots of hits, including this one.
IMHO, they are crooks.
Given how sparingly I use my VISA this is quite frightening. I almost always use my Discover Card, instead, if I can, especially online and so far it has not been hit, but this is so scary that I just emailed Discover and warned them about this, just in case! I think I'll do the same for my bank, too, for my VISA check card! |

YES I WAS ON 5-18 THE ONLY OTHER CHARGES I USED BEFOR AND AFTER WERE MCDONALDS, FANTASTIC SAMS HEB KOHLS. I HAVE CALLED LIKE EVERYONE ELSE AND OF COURSE NO ANSWER, MY NEXT STEP IS TO GO TO MY BANK AND HOPE I GET MY MONEY BACK.

I saw this charge for the same amount and name. I have shopped at Home Depot many times, but never homedepot.com. I could not verify it then googled both to find this list. I'm going to contact my bank and be more vigilant in the future! |

Yes, I was charged $11.89 Too! Not at Home Depot. But I went to walmart.com on-line with that card and Lowe's and Barnes and Noble bookstore quite recently. I googled the phone number and the company name and saw nothing but bad news. I had all my accounts frozen and renumbered too. Good luck! |

i was also charged 11.89 from the same synergy design solutions, I had also been too Home Depot as well, but not recently. very ugly credit card issues.

I was just looking through my online bank statement and saw this charge. Exactly the same amount from exactly the same company. I do shop at Home Depot for one specific item, but it has been some months, and have shopped at several other chain stores. I was racking my brain to ascertain from where this charge came, and couldn't think of anything. I then searched for this company and found your post. Just thought I would let you know. I did contact my bank to let them know about the fraudulent charge. Let's hope they can figure this out. |

I was also charged from this fake merchant! I was charged $12.79. I believe I had used my card at Home Depot, but not recently. I am so angry! I reported it as fraud to my credit card company and had my account renumbered. I am also going to put a fraud watch on my credit reports! |

Yes I too was charge $11.89 from that company and I have been trying to get in touch with but had no luck so I am going to make some changes in things like not shopping at home depot. as I look back it was Menard ware i shopped |
