Write an email to Wendy's corporate headquarters, and copy as many relevant people as you can, like the national labor relations board, the better business bureau, investigative reporters, ect. Make it more difficult for them to ignore you. |

File a claim against them at the Small Claims Court/Tribunal. Alternatively, provide them with your bank account and have them do a telegraphic transfer instead of check. |

call them one more time and tell them that you want the check within 72 hours. If you don't get your check then tell them you will call new Mexico's department of labor. You'll be surprised how fast they come around. (If they don't cough it up then follow up on the call). |
