Which accounting software is more prevalent in the industry today, Peachtree or Quickbooks?
I need to take one in college and would like to take the more relevant option.
Thank you. Additional Details It's for a college course and has to be one or the other, can't be MYOB.
I would recommend Quickbooks if you have to choose one. I would say to take the Peachtree (or learn it on your own) later on if you're able, though once you have something of a background you'll have the experience to learn other software easily on your own.
Keep in mind that many companies use their own programs, rather than QB or PTree.

Quickbooks is, by far, the more prevalent software.

Quickbooks not really big enough to handle a CORPORATION. MAybe you should ask the question in small business, or general business
