- good network
- unlimited nights and weekend (on some plans even unlimited in calling)
- the CHEAPEST
I've been with verizon and they chaerge you for everything. They are really expesive.
FOR example: I have a family plan, with 2 line and I only pay $59/month. The lowest Verizon has in $70 - just to make an idea.

I say T-mobile. I used to have Nextel (before the merger) and the bill was out rageous! The plans were cool but you had to pay an arm and a leg and the phones weren't cheap either.
T-mobile always has plan specials and offers you the option to change to fit your needs. 1000 minutes for $39.99 is perfect for me. Plus i upgraded my phone for free after a year. I had to extend a year but I haven't had any issues to that wasn't a problem for me.
