Which companies are you most loyal to, and why?
Who would you continue to buy from again and again?

Sainsbury's - I used to shop at Tesco until I had problems returning an own branded electrical item that was faulty without the receipt. They asked me to prove that I had purchased from them. I asked as it was their brand where they accusing me of stealing it? I had to go via trading standards to get my money back. Hence I will not shop there anymore - in comparison Sainsbury over delivered my Xmas booze order - someone picked a case of baily's and a case of vodka - I reported it and was told to keep it.

Sainsbury might be more expensive but i have hassle free shopping.

Everyone else needs to compete on price and service.

Melaleuca! They have enhanced my life in soooo many ways so I like to tell people about them so their lives will be enhanced too! Not to mention that they make my home a safer place for me and my family to be.

I am loyal to my cell phone service provider. They helped me out of a huge problem once. I wish I could stop though Id like a cheaper provider.
I am loyal to stores that have good customer service and policies etc.

I'm not loyal to any company. I go for the best product and best prices, regardless of which company that is each month.

Brand loyalty is expected of us by companies. Why do you think some offers for bank accounts or insurance are only available to NEW customers? They are fairly certain that current customers aren't going anywhere!

It's time to ditch and switch. Check out http://www.moneysavingexpert.com for tips on saving money and not getting stuck with the same company, offering the same bad deals!

play.com

misco.co.uk

WelshLad
Tesco - it's more convenient for me
Play.com - cheap dvd's.

When it comes to insurance and energy then I will always switch to the cheapest.

Aqua Lisa. Very expensive showers but the best customer service I have ever encountered. If the shower breaks down, they are with you within 48-hrs to put it right, no questions asked. I've recently bought my second Aqua Lisa (for an en-suite so our house now has two of them) and I'd never buy another brand. I also recommend them at every opportunity. Just goes to show how far good customer service goes.

I can't think of any specific companies I'm loyal to because they change. I have not. I patronize companies that are responsive to their customers and understand why they are in business. Only ethical companies get my business.

I don't really go in for brand loyalty, but when it comes to photography, I stick with Cannon, because I have always found their products good quality and consistently reliable.

The small local shops. I do however only buy expensive items such as electronics from well known companies such as B&W.
