ANY company that OUTSOURCES its customer service is BAD. Simple as that. We pay American Dollars for a product and then have to try and understand the POOR english that some person from India is speaking...
Sucks, and I return or refuse to use ANY product where I have to deal with outsourced customer service. |

Hewlett Packard, Dell, and any other company that forces you to deal with outsourced employees that tell you to do the same thing (that you did before you called) 10 times because they can't speak english. Grrr.
If a company is providing customer service to an English-speaking country, the reps should speak the language. Is that really too much to ask? It's never as satisfying to tell them what they can do with the computer when they don't understand you. ;-) |

Sprint is bad
But Verizon, Dell , Most credit card and banks because there customer service is overseas. Most airlines but American Airlines seems to be the worst. Cable in setting up service.
All doctor and denist offices have rude people in it. Because they just care about lunch and leaving early. |
