Hey, I have an interview at Sainsbury's and I really need and want the job so I want to make a good impression.
Do you know what they might ask me and what the best answers will be? I know ...
This is a company that I had never heard of and is reported as an idenity theft organization. I have also learned there may be a connection to my shopping at home Depot and Senergy Design Solutions ...
I worked for Tesco's for a while. If we worked overtime, they insisted on giving us "time off in lieu" instead of actuallypaying us overtime. The fact that we were working overtime ...
I returned a item yesterday at walmart and I was just wondering why do they scan the receipt? Is it to tell if you have returned the item before or the price?...
And why say so in the name? Additional Details Answerer #1, you mean if one were to have a partner it is "limited" due to legal rights? That makes a little sense, but I still ...
Additional Details Ok let me try to make this clearer. For example I heard of a few companies not getting oil from the middle east. My issue is Instead of making billions in profits each quarter the companies should be required to spend a certain percent of profit looking for alternative fuels. Americans require gas for their daily lives and most to make their income. We are being exploited as Americans. And thank you for all the smart *** replies. This question was meant as which company is the best to support when filling up my automobile.
gas companies are not evil, just profitable.
actually the Federal government makes more from gas sales than oil companies. i guess that makes the USA chief evil??

I really don't think there is one.
At least BP has a business model that is looking ahead to a time when we no longer burn oil for fuel.

sigh... trying to stick it to "the man" are we?

It is not the fault of the gas companies that a crazy coalition of Left and Right - the Federal Government, the EPA, environmentalists, Gulf States, local governments, gas companies, unions - has blocked the building of new US refineries since 1973 and imposed regulations that restrict the use of certain formulations of gasoline to certain markets, so that we get ripped off at the pump. If you owned a shopping center and there were no competitors, then you - like them - could charge what you liked. We are the stupid ones who let them get away with it.

I like Shell or 76 or even better Costco gas.

BP invests a lot of money into alternative energy. Now other companies like shell have begun to jock their style to make themselves look better. BP even invests in other technologies that are intended to better the environment. You can even look online at their site and find all sorts of data about how much longer the current proven oil reserves should last at the current rate of production - it's only 40 years

What does "the lesser of two evils" mean? Is that like saying cancer is better than AIDS?
