Target. The aisles are not crowded with crap, there is a much better selection of better quality crap, and I don't have to punch out a girl named Crystal when she tries to cut in front of me in line.

You can tell a lot about a company by the demeanor of its employees. In addition to the much greater amount of documented ethical issues of Walmart in comparison to Target, take a look at the demeanor (oh, and quality) of the employees. But, I suppose you get what you pay for in this comparison, too.

i like em both. target cuz its fun and funky and has for the most part better stuff but walmart is cheap.

Target. By a longshot. Walmart just has too many questionable business practices. A great documentary, well good, was Walmart: The High Cost of Low Prices.

If you want examples, google "walmart" and just about any negative word, such as evil, bad, criminal, and you will have yourself a lifetimes worth of reading.

Beyond ethical, target just has better products. Some style, some uniqueness, you can probably even find something made in teh US there.

Walmart is cheaper but Target has really cute collections in a lot of random departments (clothes, home decor, gift wrapping, etc.)

Wal-Mart has more of the things I need, at a better price. But, Target has lots of pretty things for me and my puppy!
