Walmart of course is generally cheap, but it does depend what you are looking for. Rite aid has good prices if you catch them on a good sale.

It depends on what you're looking for. Target always clearances out their shoes and apparels at faster rates than Wal-Mart or K-Mart.
If you're looking for beauty products, CVS often has buy-1-get-1-free or 50%, whereas the bigger guys NEVER do that.

walmart .-prices and selection..expecially the $ 4.00 deal they have on selected prescription medicine..and recently started a $10.00 deal for a 3 months supply of selected prescription medicine..
target - very good too,i especially like the fact that they carry stuff that both walmart and kmart dont carry they are also very competive against walmarts prices

Depends on what you are buying. Walmart is mainly good for toiletries. You can find body washes and other items for much cheaper at Walmart. But they are horrible for electronics.
Target is good all around because they tend to have higher quality products. Nice home decorative items, and decent toiletries section. Rite Aid, CVS, they are mainly good for just convenience. I have found sometimes at the Rite Aid type drugstores good sales on makeup though. Kmart is just doo-doo.
