Who can I complain to about how I was treated on Verizon customer service?
I called customer service to have an issue dealt with and the "Senior Service Manager" was rude to me, ridiculed me, told me there was no appeal process, and told me I'd be called by a supervisor (who never called back). What can I do? Does anyone know where I can appeal or get ahold of someone who can rectify the situation?

I too am a Verizon customer and have had to deal with customer service. They are rude and don't seem to have any answers for any of their customers. Seriously I am concidering switching to cingular. Sorry I couldn't be of to much help I just wanted you to know that they seem to be that way with most of their customers.
