Fed Ex. When I get a sizeable package, they always bring it upstairs to my apartment. UPS always leaves it at the office, claiming I wasn't home and then they don't even leave a note on my door. My packages have sat in the office for days and I had to call UPS to find it, only to see that this is what happened. On more than one occasion. |

FedEx --- UPS just lost 4 of my packages... I had dropped them off at the UPS store, and it never got scanned and god knows where are they..... it is worth $900 merchandise....
Fed Ex's website isn't as easy to use but so far everything seems good for me.
Sometimes, I think US Postal Service is not bad either. |

UPS!!!!! hands down i have family members that work for fedex and we constantly argue about it but my dad works for UPS and he is very dedicated to his job and idk i think its just better nd thats it!! lol |

I like Fedex. I sell many things through Ebay, and Fedex has never lost one of my packages... While UPS has lost 5 or 6. And filing an investigation with them is a pain in the rump. I've never gotten reimbursed for my packages... It just keeps going and going and I eventually give up from frustration. |

Fedex, not sure why, but they have always been very good for me. UPS is usually OK also, but airborne, I have had nightmares with them. tba |
