i once worked on a joinery sales counter, this guy came in with a lad about 18 and asked to buy some internal doors, the manager served him and he seemed nice and polite un-till he asked could someone give the young lad a hand lifting the doors into his van as the older guy had a bad back, yes the manager told him and called one of the assistants over who was black, the older guy on seeing the assistant was black said out loud, I'm not having that F-ing dirty black monkey touching my doors, tell the black b*****d to go back to the jungle and get me someone who is white.
every one just stopped in complete shock un-till the manager said, its OK billy you go back to what you was doing and then asked me to help him with his doors.
i looked at the man and said, no way, he cam load his own doors. in the end the manager helped him with his doors then me and the manager had a massive row.
i have never seen such rudeness in my life such disregard for other peoples feelings there where hard nosed builders there that where shocked at this mans racist out burst |

Well i work in the Motor Trade (Receptionist) and i'd get quite a few rude ppl on the phone. I just tell them there's no need to speak to me in that tone and they aren't long quietening down coz they don't expect to hear that . Though that always doesn't work and you just have to deal with it. (In one ear and out the other !!) :P |

Retail- woman didn't receive a smile when entering fitting room. Asked to see a manager, complained to her, then asked for her bosses name, then wanted home offices phone number to complain about such rude people working in the store , all over a smile that wasen't produced. Claimed she was taking the complaint right to the top!!! |

i worked in a chemist for a while. there was this guy that came in - Scottish - that always complained about being in England (where i work) - we were all like "well if Scotland is so good f**k off back there then!" lol
theres alot more rude customers than that out there but this one was kinda funny as well. |

I have had a few in my time but this one takes the cake. I was a customer service officer on the front counter in the bank and this guy came in and abused me because his pension wasnt in his account, I proceeded to look into his account and then had to tell him that it wasnt there and he would have to contact centrelink, he yelled and screamed at me in front of loads of people then spat at me. Yeah nice hey, I ran into my managers office then straight to the bathroom, that incident made me leave the bank shortly after. Feral. |
