I have not had any problems with fed ex personally. Ironically enough though I was home sick from work Wednesday and caught a People's Court episode involving Fed Ex. Fed Ex was allowing there authorized agent stores to insure shipments for whatever amount the customer request. The plaintiff shipped a Gucci watch valued and insured at $2000. When the watch was lost Fed Ex will only cover $100 of any item shipped. The authorized agent had to pay for the watch and the judge advised the agent to try to recoup their lost from Fed Ex.

love fedex, HATE DHL, they had a delivery for me and i sat home all day waiting (this was on a friday and it was a paycheck that i needed). they said they attempted deliver and i wasn't there. they never even tried. idiots probably got lost or just didn't feel like it so they claimed i wasn't here. with fedex i get everything exactly when they promise that i will.

I am the warehouse MGR for a large communications company,
UPS has been flawless in my 4yrs running it. I have had far too many "mishaps" with fedex. packages "disapear" and "got lost". packages that should take 1 day makes it in 3.
