Whenever I go to a Starbucks, employees are loud and obnoxious. They talk too much, say nothing. They talk about their personal lives, work lives, and other useless, empty subjects. You are there to get coffee, supposed to be professional. It's not a social event. What's up with that? Does the corporate have an initiative where it asks all the employees to talk non stop, and try to sound cute so people can jump in their conversation and feel like a starbucks family? Anyone that works and headquarters can you fill us in?

Don't get me wrong. I'm all about being treated nicely. But if I sat down to drink my coffee and read my book, the loud conversation going on behind the counter by employees and their annoying friends that come from outside, gets to you. It's really bugging.
