Its not always so that Big customer are best. But in most cases its true. The reason is Pareto's 80:20 law, which says that
- your 20% of customers accounts for 80% of Turn over
- your 20% of customers accounts for 80% of profit
- your 20% of customers accounts for 80% of your services and & supply
issues,
Hence if we can retain these big customers, we can retain our 80% of business. Thats why I would say big customers are very important customers rather than using the word "best customers" for them.
