They always want you to verify your identify 4 levels deep then they cop an attitude when my card is in good standing. Why are the employees so rude? Are they one step away from being demoted to a bill collector? Speaking of bill collectors, they're the scum of the earth. If you're a bill collector and are offended by this, too bad. Find a new line of work. ;) |

well just think about it--what kind of scumbag doo doo sniffer would want to work in the type of job where you have to beg people for money? it takes a type of person with control issues as well as insecurities because it puts them on a power trip to tell you to pay your bill. i think these goatsmellers ought to be horsewhipped in the town square a time or two for being so dadgum rude and then maybe that would sove their problem. |

The credit card cos are not the ones rude but the staff, usually they are just call center agents and not really regular employees of the card companies. You should report this to the officials of the company so they can be replace with better ones. It is bad for their image.
However, card companies will send you a collection notice threatening a law suit if don't settle your debts. This is an SOP. If you wish to maintain a better credit standing, you should call the card company and arrange a restructuring of your outstanding debt. Don't disregard the letter. Card companies have this arrangement among themselves where they place delinquent members in a black list. You don't want to end up in this list.
So, the staff are rude, you report them. But you settle your debts in a way that is both satisfying to you and the card company. |
