I would like to know the answer to that myself. I don't know the exact reason why the gas prices are rising but I have a pretty good guess as to why. It is getting to be summertime and people are going on vacations and they want to get as much money out of the public as they possibly can. |

because the u.s. is making it mandatory for gas to be mixed with ethanol which is a byproduct of corn. new york and connecticut were the only states to use it but now it is going to be used by the other 48 states and they are afraid there isn't going to be enough for all the gas americans use. that is why they are predicting $4 a gallon by memorial day |

The reason gas prices continue to rise. It all begins with the gas price raise with the hurricanes in Luisiana. Remember the prices hitting $3 and it some major cities as high as $5. The supplies never got hit by the hurricanes. Bush used the extra money from high tax prices to the relief founds and gave the victims debit cards with $500.00 each. Who do you think paid for that? Anyone that bought gas in that time did. Goverment cover up! You see the government not only saw that we would buy gas regardless the price and it knows that the gas companies own the patent for solar cars. Ever wonder what happened to pure solar cars? The gas companies own the patent. This is all a monopoly by the governemnt and the gas companies. The only car you will see at best is a hybrid at best. Gas companies will never let go of that patent. As long as they have the patent there will never be a %100 solar car made. We are all screwed get a bike or ride the bus......... |
