Hrmm..interesting question.
I am not american, but Americans in general do not enjoy taking people to court.
If they do enjoy taking people to court then you are probably right they probably dont obey the 10 commandments, and chances are they probably doubled as a guest on Jerry Springer to alleviate their boredom from sitting on the couch watching baseball while eating unhealthy junk-foods, they probably injured themselves putting posters of hamburgers on their wall because they were too FAT and tripped over something, so here they are in court enjoying suing someone for their own mistakes. |

Money is the root of all evil, don't forget. People like to sue each other, and the government likes to bring people into court for the sheer fact that everytime you attend court you have to pay a 'court cost'. Usually around 30 dollars. And think, they have about 40-60 people in court each day (depending on the size of the court) in each court room. So....that adds up to nearly 1500 dollars per day in just court cost! Not to mention the cost of fines, etc. that they collect as well, which is usually 100-300 dollars a fine! Not everyone gets fined, but even if only 10 people got fines, it would add up to over 1000 (then adding court cost, about 2500) dollars a day!
It's all about the cash. Sad but true. |
