I thought for salaries employees it meant 9am - 4:30pm M-F (7.5 * 5 = 37.5), and that only hourly had to work 7.5 working hours plus a 1 hour unpaid lunch M-F (so like 8:30 - 5, or 9 - 5:30, etc).
