Duh!!! < <<<< ring a bell....patrick !!!! If I were the new "Walt Disney", do you think I would hire those who oppose my beliefs? NO !!! Everyone who opposed Mickey Mouse, including religious nuts who said he was creating "a false god in the eyes of children", would never be allowed near the construction site.
Go find another job, and leave us Jewish people alone. We control the media, remember. |

to escape religious freedom?
('heh 'heh 'heh - Bush-like laugh)
this is a natural tendency to "flock" together -virtually all types of groups do it-
I don't necessarily like it, but that's how it is. |

In supporting the religious-based workforce of some corporations, I would go for that . . . Like for instance, a Suicidal Bomb Strapping manufacturer in Lebanon or Syria. I'm a Catholic. I am not going to submit my resume' at one of those personnel offices. |

Tsk tsk. Are you asking this question because you were not anywhere near making managing partner? Usually, when people resort to blaming a religious or ethnic group, it is because they are inandequate in some way and are frustrated. Sorry you are not accomplishing what you need to in your life, but I doubt jews have anything to do with it. |

Perhaps it's just a coincidence that they're all Jewish. It doesn't mean that BECAUSE they are Jewish they were hired.
I'm Jewish and I would hope the last thing someone would hire me on would be based on my religion. In fact, it's illegal to discriminate based on religion. It should work both ways.
If anyone ever asks you, or anyone else you know, about their religion in an interview, it's wrong and that person should be reported. |

Networking. People either hire friends or friends of friends if they can find qualified people. When you grow up with someone, go to school, or are related you are more likely to hire them. In most communities the kids go to worship services, sometimes private schools. They have best friends from childhood that they know for 70 years or more. They start companies, hire each other and give each others kids first jobs. It is called the old boy network and goes for all kinds of people. It is natural to want to hire people that people you know like and trust. |

Maybe because they feel superior and others inferior! BHVideo.com was sue recently for this. It is against the law, at least here in the USA. |

Mostly because then there will be no barriers between them such as disagreements of religion. |

It is ILLEGAL for any business to discriminate on the basis or race, CREED, sex, or age. If you feel this company is doing such a thing, do you feel strongly enough to do something about it?
In the companies' defense, perhaps the president or board of the company look to their own community for the recruits they feel comfortable with hiring and that just happens to be their religious community.
Hard to say. |
