if you don't have a reason to work for starbucks you shouldn't work there. to work for starbucks you have to WANT to work there. it's a lot of memory. people wanting drinks made crazy. you shouldn't work for starbucks if you are just wanting a job and they are hiring. you will get frustated and you will frustate all your co-workers. good luck |

You should be asking yourself why do you want to work for starbucks. You wont find your answer here. Do a bit of research and find out for yourself how little they give to their peasant farmers and pay lip service to ethics. How they are taking over the world. okay, im not sure simply saying i love your coffee like people are suggesting will be very helpful.
you need to have a look at the job spec and try and incorperate that into your answer so for example if the job spec says that they want a polite person with good people skills then you might say i want to work here because i enjoy working with the public and i know that i am a polite person who will be excellent at serving customers

Starbucks had a reputation for giving very good benefits to their employees. I don't know if that's still the case since they are closing some of their shops.
