It isn't just AT&T! I get bad customer service from my cable company. I clumped all my services into one so that I would only have one bill, yet it never fails that I get an Idiot on the phone that doesn't know anything or doesn't want to bother with helping you. What are we paying them for anyway? It takes us forever to get to hear a human being on the phone in the first place, then that person doesn't give the service they are paid to give, or it's all about money. I can help you IF you pay $______ for the additional service.

Because like all the rest of the tech companies their tech help is outsourced to off shore companies and all you get is someone in india or pakistan that doesn't speak english.
