My feelings on why gas prices have dropped is due to the upcoming holidays. The price of gas has lowered so that people will have more money to spend during the holidays.

I have a theory- I live in Michigan, home of the "big 3." As we all know, nobody wants to buy gas guzzlers anymore with all of the outrageous gas prices. I think that its a scheme to get the SUV's and trucks sold off the lots, and then prices will go back up. Also I think the holidays and trying to give the economy a boost have something to do with it. It just goes to show you that prices never should have been that high, it was rip off to begin with.
