Macdonald's or Mcdonald's? Oh well who cares I just hope you spelled it right in your homework.
It's success is based on it's real estate. After all, their profit isn't based on how many Big Macs are sold, that profit goes to the franchisee who operates the store. McDonald's provides the product to these franchisee's at cost or maybe a tiny bit above cost to cover mgmt fees, but their main source of income is on the rent they can charge the franchisee and equity they see on the buildings they own. |

It has items people want at the price people are willing to pay. also the advertising is aimed at children and parents want to keep their children happy as inexpensively as possible with those toys. service is fast and in this day and age of not enough time in the day, that is another plus. also you can find a McDonald's almost anywhere. |
