Your boss is a whiney little baby because he is completely incompetent, incorherent, and has erectile dysfunction. Added to that, a nasty case a hemmorhoids and a binge drinking problem.

Sounds like he's quite unhappy in his work and with people not doing what he's asking them to do? Perhaps suggest to him he should or could find some awesome opportunities on line that can put him over the top in life.
