There is always someone out to get a higher position, or even the job you have, or just is plain mean to other coworkers. Some people just aren't professional at all, and with those people you just have to stand up to them and let them know you are not someone who will let them walk over you.. They are just jealous of you, that's all it is. |

You're probably a good worker.
In our capitalistic society, good workers excel much faster than slackers, and so the slackers aim and fire at their superiors.
Working under these kind of make-money-for-yourself environments are super strenuous because you have a physical, psychological, and emotional battle going on all the time.
Just stay strong and persevere, because, eventually, if you keep your head on straight and your performance at peak, all of them will fall. But if you succumb to the pain, they'll eat you alive. |
