private companies have good opportunities.
they have good salaries.
good environment for workers.
you easily drop the job when not satisfied with job & easily get another job.
here you work hard so u made to be proffesional & increases your sciles.

Private companies will vanish if they do not earn profit. They can not earn profit if they do not produce goods at competitive price. Politicians will not allow sick public companies to die. They will keep them alive with tax payers' money.

more efficient due to profit motive

They aren't necessarily better. However, public companies have to follow Oxley Sarbanes in the way they present their audits and have much stricter reporting, EEOC, and HR guidelines than private companies do. They are cheaper to run.

because there expect to give good results and there failure there to be more devastating.
more importantly they have better supervision and inspection over there employees.
and that direct supervision seems like it makes every thing privet in a better condition then any thing public.

I don't know where you are but in England they are different entities with different rules. The minimum number of shareholders, the paid up share capital, the percentage of shares allowed in one persons control, the accountability and taxation are all different.

One is not necessarily better than another, Enron lost billions for many people and institutions, Microsoft made billions, both are public companies. There are also private companies which have been good for investors and some have been bad.

Companies usually progress from private to public as a means of raising capital for expansion.

Private companies mainly do better in public companies because 1.They have more money and have shareholders so its not a one man thing as in one man does not spend all their money but other people will help hinm or her in it and with the help of that the company does not get bankrobbed easily 2.If the company grows bigger and bigger the owner/s will not really mind to rase salaries 3.Pivate companies have a good working evironment 4.Private companies put more effort in the work because they like doing it. IF YOU THINK WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN MAKES SENCE WELL I AM JUST 13
