I live in the city and have ordered Peapod many times. It's great when you don't have to deal with the traffic, double parking, carrying bags down the street, climbing stairs, etc. that comes with shopping in the city. The only issue is that it's more expensive (the prices always seem equal to the grocery store, but they give you smaller portions and make up the cost in volume), but that increased cost is worth it to a lot of city-based shoppers.
I can't imagine why anyone in the suburbs would ever use it, though... I'm not sure if they even operate in those areas.
