Are you asking for an answer to use in an interview? If so, than the answer is always based on what the interviewer wants. In the case of Starbucks; "I am energetic, enjoy interacting with people, I've never shied from hard work, and well... I LOVE COFFEE". |

Starbucks is usually a company that will bend over backward to accomodate you if you work for them. You'll get free coffee while you're working, a free bag of the stuff they sell on the shelf to take home with you every week, a stock purchasing plan, and they're very good for college students with crazy schedules. Plus, they pay very well. Unlike with some jobs, you will be well-trained and never just left guessing what to do. This all goes into the overall quality of the company and the product that it serves. Starbucks expects that you will be a hard and good worker and gives a lot in return to ensure that. I would love to work for Starbucks. |
