well there can be many reasons
1. first of all one feel bore and sleepy if he is not interested in the work he or she is doing.he is just doing for the sake of job
2.you dont get full time sleep at night.that may be because of your wife (if married)or g/f(if unmarried)
3.you take heavy breakfast with some products which cause drowsiness like lassi etc.

It will be due to two main reasons. 1. lack of intrest in the work which you are doing now. 2. lack of physical fittness.
Therefore choose the best work for you or else make you body fit , i.e make your life interesting . |

Lack of sleep and lack of interest are two definite possibilities. Another is your diet. Do you eat breakfast? If so, are you eating foods high in carbs? For example, if I eat a bagel for breakfast, I'm ready to fall asleep an hour later. Try eating protein instead. If you don't eat breakfast, try to make time for it and see if that helps you stay awake.

i do had the same problem i switched to feild work.there can be many reasons,one could be weakness of shoulder and back first you get tired and then feel sleepy.one reason could be you have habbit of sleeping at afternoon during your college days,such people generaly feel sleepy after lunch,other is the job is not of your choice thats why the brain is avoiding doing it ,sleepyness is its defence. |
