Will DHL/Fedex or UPS deliver an envelope to a PO Box?
I know delivery companies like DHL, Fedex and UPS cannot deliver packages to PO boxes. Is it just boxes they cannot deliver. I have an envelop, can they still deliver that?
I know with DHL, when filling out the waybill, it says no P.O. boxes. And everything shipped has to have a waybill.

No. They don't have the key to the box. It's owned by the USPS.

They will not deliver to US Postal Service PO Boxes.
You have to use the US Postal Service for that.

If a package addressed to a PO Box gets dropped off with the DHL/Fedex/UPS anyway here's what will happen.
Someone at the shipper fills out a postcard saying they have your package and mails it to the POBox. The postcard will say please call and provide a physical address for delivery. With the card in hand, you can go to the distribution center, but it will take them 45 minutes to locate the box.
