Yes. If you your seeing headlines asking this question, business history has showed us that the deal may quite possibly be done by the time you read tommorow's headlines. In reality, it can only help both company's, and possibly result in an off-shoot of several other businesses or companies. Let's wait and see. I would also keep an eye out for Google and how the Mountain View giant views this and how they will respond or react.

I hope Yahoo doesn't sell. I think that there is more to Yahoo's future than $44.6B. Yahoo still has more growth potential. I hate to see Yahoo sell out to die out, especially while they have tremendous growth potential.

Yes. Given such a large premium, it might be hard for Yahoo to demand more.
But government regulators might frown on the deal.
