I think you should keep in it... starbucks is very popular. It will go up. if it goes any lower, pull it out but most stolks do better later in the year. |

no i think they will just close down all the starbucks coffee shops that aren't constantly busy and not doing as well as the busy ones. that way they wont ever lose money from the slow stores but make profit from the busy stores. |

I don't personally like Starbucks for a number of reasons (as a consumer).
I never really felt comfortable there.
-I've been treated rudely numerous times. I think a customer service focus needs to be addressed.
Sometimes the prices are pretty ridiculous.
As an investor though
McDonald's is giving them a run for their money. Though I have my thoughts on that as well. That is causing a little trouble I'm sure. But, with them brining back old leadership, I think if they can look for some positive solutions to bring back an edge I think they still have a great chance.
McDonald's loves their fads... and this might be one. But, Starbucks has to take their competition seriously.
On one last note... the whole market except for health related industries have tanked. Though, if you're willing to except a little risk, buy some undervalued stock and watch it grow. Though I think we haven't hit the low yet. |

No - recent changes in management will help turn around and refocus the company. I know many people that work in various management positions and it is a positive move. They were expanding too fast and will need to differentiate themselves from their competitors, provide better customer service and experience but they have a solid base to build on. |

Hell NO. Starbucks is here to STAY. There is one on every street corner. Even one in my grocery store. They are never going bye bye. That would be like saying Wal Mart was going to close its doors forever. |
