Will my boss ever watch the tapes?

I work in a hotel and I like 2 take naps during the graveyard shift. Will by boss ever catch me on the security tapes? I always thought that they only watch them if there's a burglary or something like that. I

Yeah I wouldn't worry. Would you watch security tapes in your spare time? You just better hope you don't get robbed while sleeping.

It's possible for your boss to watch the tapes at any time. Security cameras give the employer the added benefit of being able to monitor the employees to see who is working and who is slacking off. If you are fired these tapes can be used against you when try to collect unemployment.
Where I work there are security cameras because the warehouse and service trucks were frequently being broke into. The corporate office (in another city) takes advantage of the cameras by looking at them several times a day. They also know when employees are "milking" the clock because one of the cameras is always pointed at the timeclock at closing time.

if you are worried about getting caught, then try to sleep a little longer at home when you are off work instead of sleeping on the job. honestly, i hope they do catch you because you shouldn't be sleeping on the job.
